A ranking is not a team.
Tier lists are useful. They are also easy to misuse.
Oak uses current PvPoke rankings to sort strong Pokémon by role. That gives you a good place to start, but it does not tell you what three Pokémon belong together.
The moves you have, the rest of your roster, the Cup rules, and how the team plays as a whole still matter.
